Matt joined the Dromhall Team in 2015 as an Accommodation Assistant, as a shy 21-year-old with English not being his first language but with time and dedication has become one of the main leaders within the Accommodation department. He stands out as someone who consistently goes above & beyond in their role. Their exceptional attention to detail is one of the many things that makes them shine.
What truly sets the Matt apart is his proactive approach. He doesn`t wait for issues to arise; instead, he can anticipate potential challenges and seeks to resolve them before they become a problem. From identifying small maintenance issues to handling last-minute requests with ease.
His flexibility and adaptability also stand out. No matter the situation—whether it’s an emergency or a sudden change in plans, moving furniture, maintenance or detangling Christmas lights 😊—Matt remains calm, composed, and ready to step up.
Matt has also taken on extra responsibility over the years & puts himself forward for supervisor cover when management are busy or holidays, he steps into this role with ease and confidence. Matt is especially good with our employees where English is not their first language, helping translate SOP’s for them or translating in our staff training sessions.
He consistently goes above and beyond by delivering outstanding service, showing an unwavering commitment to the team and guests here at Dromhall, and continuously striving to exceed expectations.
