Dog Friendly

Thinking of heading to Kerry for your holidays, but don’t want to leave your dog behind? We love dogs here at the Dromhall Hotel and are one of the few “Dog-Friendly Hotels” in the Kingdom of Kerry. We welcome dog owners to stay with their well-behaved pets. We have a number of dog friendly rooms available. We understand that some dogs can get lonely and upset in new surroundings so we ask that they are not left unattended in the bedroom during the day or night as they miss out on the beautiful scenic walks and trails Killarney has to offer.

To make you and other guests stay as enjoyable and as stress free as possible there are certain rules we would kindly ask you to read and follow.

We only allow small to medium size dogs to stay.

One dog per room.

Owners are requested to bring their own food requirements for dogs.

All dogs are to be house trained.

Owners should bring their dogs bedding.

Dogs are not allowed within the public areas of the hotel – i.e. the lobby, bar and restaurant.

Dogs must remain on leads at all times within the hotel and on the hotel grounds.

We have restrictions on certain breeds – please specify what kind of breed you have when making your booking.

We allow pets to stay 7 days a week – subject to availability.

As a limited number of dogs permitted each night – it’s essential to book direct with the hotel to guarantee your pets’ stay.

There is an additional charge if you are bringing your dog along with you:

€20 per dog – for the duration of your stay.
